Terra-Rouge, meaning, red earth, is a sheep and cattle farm in the Kalahari desert, close to the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, where only a few decades ago, bushmen used to live.

As well as offering traditional Namibian hospitality, comfortable accommodation and an interesting environment to explore during a short stay, this farm makes an ideal stopover for travelling to and from the park or for doing a visit for the day to the park.

Terra-Rouge offers exclusivity and a unique farm style experience in 3 self contained bungalows close to the main house. These uniquely decorated bungalows have en-suite facilities and a kitchen with an outdoor barbecue area.

Campsite
Meerkat Manor campsite in the dry riverbed of the Auob river, we have 5 large campsites with shared ablutions that consist of open air showers with hot water and flush toilets. Each campsite has it's own barbeque area as well. Huge camel thorn trees cover the site by day and the black velvet sky, by night. It also offers a paradise for bird watchers.
