Sandrose House is an excellent choice for your
stay in Luderitz, as it is often referred to as the “oasis
in the desert”.
It is situated in a peaceful garden in the centre of town.
The host take pleasure in providing their guests with any information
that will make their stay in Luderitz a memorable one.
This little guest house, that's filled with character, is in the
centre of the town only short distances from the many activities
that Lüderitz has on offer.
Haus Sandrose is also a proud member of the Bed and Breakfast Association
of Namibia and is registered with the Namibia Tourism Board as a
self-catering accommodation establishment.
Sandrose House Accommodation
The rooms are neat, sunny, spacious and fully equipped. It offers
accommodation for self-caterers.
Guest Room "Halifax" consists
of two single beds which can accommodate 2 persons.
It is the sunniest room of the four.
It has a kitchenette with microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, egg
boiler, crockery, cutlery, coffee plunger and fridge.
It also has a TV and en-suite shower and toilet.
Telephone calls may be made from the flexicall phone in the privacy
of your room.
Guest Room "Bogenfels" consists of a
double bed (2 matresses) which can accommodate 2 persons.
It is the coolest room in the summer.
It has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, 2 plate gas
stove, extractor fan, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, toaster and
kettle.
It also has a TV and the bathroom is en-suite.
Telephone calls may be made from the flexicall phone in the privacy
of your room.
Guest Room "Kleine Bucht" has an interleading
door into "Grosse Bucht" for use as a family unit, but
can also be booked as a separate unit. It has two separate beds.
A shower and toilette en-suite.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, kettle, crockery,
cutlery & coffee plunger.
Guest Room "Grosse Bucht" has an interleading
door into "Kleine Bucht" for use as a familly unit, but
can also be booked as a separate unit. It consists of a double bed
(2 matresses) which can accommodate 2 persons.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, pots, pans,
sink, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a large separate dining room.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Flexicall telephone for private calls.

It's easy to spot us. Just look out for the yellow building
off to the left from the first 4-way intersection you get when entering
in to town.
