Ideally situated close to all the amenities of our capital, and famous for being big on personality and hospitality, The Cardboard Box is definitely the vibiest place to stay. With year-round great weather, the heart of the ‘Box is outdoors at our huge swimming pool and pool bar, while inside you’ll find safe, clean, and comfy accommodation in whatever size room you need.

Accommodation is offered in singles, twins, doubles, triples, quads and dorms. All beds have duvets, sheets and pillows, and there are lockers in all dorms plus a safe at reception. There is camping space for +/- 25 campers, with modern bathrooms and access to all other amenities.

We have a huge pool with its beach-style bar, pool table, and braai (bbq) facilities, our restaurant is open from 10am -10pm and provides quality fare at budget prices.
The bar is open till midnight 7 days a week, with Shooters Night on Wednesday, and Beer Happy Hour on Friday night, and whatever other excuse for party we can think of.

On Thursdays and Sundays we have our Braai (Bbq) Night – an institution not to be missed. Buy meat from us or bring your own.
