Nestled in the Otjihavera Mountains about an hour’s drive away from Windhoek, Midgard is a unique guest farm, which has kept its special character as a private country home, and African farm.

Midgard’s cultural center hosts seminars, conferences and cultural events. It offers modern conference facilities including large screen video projector, slide and overhead projectors and sound system.

The varied cuisine caters for all tastes. Organically grown fruits and vegetables from our own garden are served (seasonal).

Guests can enjoy their meal in the Lapa dining area or in the Boma.

Recreation at Midgard includes tennis, table tennis, volleyball, swimming etc. Exploring the splendor of nature on our farm drives and hiking trails is a special adventure for nature lovers.

Midgard is situated an hour and a half's drive from Windhoek and about an hour's drive from the international airport. On the B6 at Kapps Farm turn on to the MR53. After 13 km turn left onto the D2102. Follow D2102 to Midgard
