This four-star hotel offers a total of 215 luxuriously appointed bedrooms and suites which are spacious and include a sitting area. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating with individual controls, radio, direct-dialling telephones, coffee- and tea-making facilities, refrigerator, remote-controlled satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, electrical shaving plug (220 volts) and a hair-dryer. The Executive Suites have two separate rooms, one being a lounge/dining room or board room and the other a private bedroom/ bathroom. Two Executive Suites are situated across the passage on each floor which can be closed off with an extra door for privacy. The Presidential Suite is one of Southern Africa’s most luxurious. It is situated on the top floor of the hotel with a private roof-garden and incorporates a private lobby with a security control desk, board-room (seating 12), dining-room (seating 12), kitchen, master bedroom with a bathroom and a guest bedroom with a bathroom. Intercape Mainliner Namibia operates a bus service between the Windhoek International Airport and the hotel daily.
