Keetmanshoop, locally referred to as the 'capital' of Southern Namibia,
with the famous Fish River Canyon less than two hours away, is an ideal
base from which to explore southern Namibia. The Quivertree Forest,
with its curious and picturesque trees, can be viewed on the Farm Gariganus,
about 14 km north-east from Keetmanshoop.

Accommodation at Quiver Tree Restcamp
The Quivertree Forest, with its curious and picturesque trees, can be viewed

to stay when you visit this national monument is the Quivertree Forest Rest
Camp, where you will also see the amazing dolerite rock formations referred
to as Giants Playground.
